Sr. Marketing Manager - Pet Food

About this position

The Sr. Marketing Manager - Pet Food is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve company goals, managing the marketing team, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Set budget and manage marketing expenses effectively
• Develop marketing policy in line with Company goal
• Manage marketing team to serve customers to meet target plan
• Responsible for customers, keep relationship and increase sale volume
• Coordinate with customers, set up a grievance handling process
• Introduce new product to customers, follow up progress, pay visit to maintain relationship
• Negotiate condition & pricing to benefit the Company
• Analyze annual sales volume and forecast sales plan to meet customer’s demand
• Explore new customer, expand market share
• Take the lead role to provide direction, recommendation and trouble shooting for customers
• Study, understand rules & regulations of customer country to provide good service
• Analyze marketing effectiveness, develop and correct activities to meet expectation
• Study industrial and market trends and competitors in order to develop new strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree business administration. Overseas education is a plus.
• Strong experience in food manufacturing environment with at least 15-20 years. Experience in canned/processed food especially pet food is advantage.
• Strong knowledge of canning business.
• Good English communication skill. Chinese communication is advantage.
• Set-driven and team work attitude, outgoing personality and can travel oversea individually.
• Friendly attitude, good personality and good presentation skill.
