Brand Manager - Cannery
About this position
The Brand Manager - Cannery is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand equity, market share, and consumer engagement while leading integrated marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to build brand equity, increase market share, and maximize consumer engagement.
• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term marketing plans for product innovation, positioning and competitive differentiation.
• Monitor and assess marketing trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and Manage integrated marketing campaigns (including digital traditional media, PR, events, and influencer partnerships) to promote brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Research and Development and Procurement) to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
• Build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision.
• Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
• Ensure marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget parameters.
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Conduct customer research and testing to refine products and packaging for optimal market appeal.
• Manage product lifecycle, ensuring continuous growth and relevance of the brand portfolio.
• Design brand communication strategies along with superior and use the right media to communicate them.
• Ensure brand voice and tone resonate with target audiences, fostering emotional connections and loyalty.
Requirements
• Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and communication.
• Strong experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Product Management within Food industry at least 15 years.
• Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional and experimental channels.
• Proven track record of successfully managing brand campaigns and driving consumer engagement.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and internal personal skills, with the ability to influence teams at all levels.
• Good English Communication.
• Self-driven and team work attitude and outgoing personality.
