The Passenger Service Agent will be responsible for providing assistance and services to VIP guests and senior executives at Suvarnabhumi Airport, delivering information on products and privileges, resolving issues, and enhancing the brand image through tailored experiences. Additionally, they will offer personal shopping services to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
• Extend a warm welcome, provide assistance, and ensure the seamless facilitation of services for VIP guests and senior executives at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
• Deliver comprehensive information regarding products, exclusive privileges, and promotional offers to maximize the value and benefits for members.
• Collaborate and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in a highly effective manner.
• Address and resolve issues within the defined scope of decision-making authority.
• Enhance the service's brand image by curating a distinct and tailored experience exclusively for designated member groups.
• Provide bespoke personal shopping services (Personal Shopper) to meet the unique needs of clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, General Management, or other related fields.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in service-oriented roles.
