About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales in retail and food sectors.
• Conduct sales forecasting to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Create and manage media plans to enhance brand visibility across all channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.
• Mentor and lead the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.
• Oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention using delivery platform data.
• Manage product marketing initiatives for effective positioning and messaging.
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource use and ROI.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance to inform future strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the F&B or Retail sector, with a strong understanding of delivery platforms and their role in modern marketing strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans that leverage delivery platforms effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, with a focus on optimizing strategies for delivery platforms.
