Responsibilities
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (both online and offline) aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market data and consumer behavior to develop effective strategies.
• Coordinate with creative teams and other departments to produce high-quality content and materials.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytical tools, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and support the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to manage teams and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
