About this position

The Legal Officer will be responsible for reviewing business agreements/contracts and marketing materials in both Thai and English, conducting legal research, providing legal advice to various departments, and performing other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review business agreements/contract and all marketing materials both in Thai and English.
• Conduct research to search for laws and regulations relevant to the company's business operations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to different departments within the organization.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Previous experience working as a Legal Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
