Responsibilities
• Lead the design, analysis, and evaluation of the company’s compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and rewards.
• Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive reports and financial models to present compensation recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization remains competitive.
• Utilize HR data to generate insights and recommendations for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Create dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decisions on employee benefits, compensation adjustments, and organizational restructuring.
• Assess and recommend changes to the company’s benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and align with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign benefits packages, ensuring cost-efficiency and employee engagement.
• Lead periodic reviews of benefit policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with the organization's overall financial and operational goals.
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Support succession planning and talent development through data-backed recommendations.
• Work closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure compensation strategies align with budgetary constraints.
• Present analysis, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, providing guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management or analytical role.
• Proven expertise in compensation analysis, benefits design, and HR analytics.
• Experience in working with financial modeling, market benchmarking tools, and HR systems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
