Creative Planner Executive
About this position
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sr. Creative Planner Executive. This pivotal role acts as the conductor of our creative orchestra, translating campaign and communication briefs into actionable creative plans and overseeing the production process to ensure the delivery of exceptional creative assets. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the Online Marketing team and the Creative team, coordinating closely with graphic designers, photographers, and other related teams to bring our marketing visions to life.
Responsibilities
âĒInterpret campaign and communication briefs to develop comprehensive creative plans that align with marketing objectives and online brand identity
âĒOversee the entire production process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
âĒAct as the primary liaison between the Creative team and the other team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments
âĒAllocate graphic design and photography resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines
âĒMaintain high standards of creative excellence, reviewing and approving all creative assets before they are delivered
âĒStay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating fresh and relevant ideas into creative planning and execution
âĒGather feedback from stakeholders and lead post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize future creative processes
Requirements
âĒBachelorâs degree in Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
âĒ4+ years of experience in a creative planning or project management role within a marketing or advertising environment.
âĒProven track record of managing the creative production process, from planning through to execution
âĒStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
âĒExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for fostering collaboration between creative and marketing teams
âĒDeep understanding of creative processes and design principles
âĒCreative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
