Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:
• Define and implement brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify brand positioning opportunities and competitive differentiation.
• Develop a roadmap for brand growth and monitor its effectiveness over time.
Communication Management:
• Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling communication campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and PR.
• Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistency in tone and messaging.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful visuals and content that reflect the brand identity.
Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand representation.
• Build strong relationships with external agencies, media outlets, and influencers to amplify brand reach.
Event and Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute brand activation campaigns, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in creating and executing successful brand campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and communication strategies.
