About this position
The Duty Free Ambassador at King Power is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to customers from around the world. The role involves supporting all business lines in the sales area of King Power duty-free shops, directly impacting the shopping experience of customers.
Responsibilities
• Provide services to Chinese customers according to King Power duty-free customer service standards
• Assist customers with Chinese communication needs to enhance customer satisfaction
• Accurately provide information on product details, promotions, and special offers
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as providing directions, answering inquiries, and providing company information
Requirements
• Good communication skills and service orientation
• Fast learning ability and good team spirit
• Adaptability to Chinese-Thai cultural differences and fast-paced work environment
• Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required, fresh graduates welcome
• Associate degree with at least two years of sales experience, no specific major required
• Non-native Chinese speakers must pass the HSK test at level 5 or above
• TOEIC score of 550 or above, or equivalent scores in IELTS, TOEFL, CET, or TEM
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and Thai public holidays
