Project Manager (E-commerce)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive project plans to guide project execution.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively, and monitor progress to ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members, business stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project performance, and implement process improvements to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
• Actively contribute to the development of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with other team members.
• Coordinate with external teams to organize plans and achieve the same goals.
Requirements
• At least 4+ years working experience in project management, preferably in the retail.
• Experience at an online organization, E-commerce, Retail would be beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the data stack is a key requirement for this role. You should be familiar with SQL, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization.
• Excellent communication, empathy and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Possess critical-thinking abilities and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
