International Sales Support 1 Position
About this position
The International Sales Support 1 position involves managing relationships with existing and new customers, providing support for inquiries, and assisting in marketing strategies while coordinating with the Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
• Taking care of both existing agents/customers and acquired customers and maintain a good relationship.
• Make quotation for customer requirement.
• Support inquiry from customer.
• Support customers on planning marketing strategies within each assigned area.
• Coordinate & update with the Business Development Manager of the market information, potential of customers & competitors and participate in the company marketing planning.
• To provide Sales Report and other tasks as assigned by Sales or upper level management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, International Business or related fields.
• Have experience in Sales or Marketing Executive in Logistics industry (Air/Sea Freight, Shipping Service) is preferred.
• Knowledge about Logistics, Warehouse, Oversized and heavy left project cargo, Import – Export Sales / Sales and Marketing will be advantage.
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills, agility, result orientation and problem solving.
• Good command of written and spoken in English language.
• Dynamic and proactive person, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Flexible, dedicated, and driven with positive attitude and able to work in fast-pace environment.
