About this position

The Warehouse Supervisor - Ecommerce will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading the warehouse team, implementing inventory control systems, conducting stock audits, and collaborating with the e-commerce team to ensure stock availability aligns with customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring efficient task execution and adherence to company standards.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure stock availability aligns with customer demand and support the growth of the online division.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, with hands-on experience in setting up and managing warehouses.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in inventory control, including stock audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory data management, with familiarity with Accurate System as a plus.
• Proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
