About this position

Sugarbaby is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Import Specialist to join their dynamic Import team.

Responsibilities

• Manage import documents and possess in-depth knowledge of LS, SNI, NPB, PI.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, freight forwarding and customs to ensure the timely arrival goods.
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations, including customs clearance and other legal requirements.
• Responsible and able to resolve problems related to import activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Import Staff. Experience in a freight forwarding company is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Willing to monitor and supervise tasks outside of regular working hours.
