About this position

Sugarbaby, a retail company for baby care products in Indonesia, is seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and produce engaging content, including videos, graphics, and posts for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas, storyboarding, and production.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using mobile and DSLR cameras.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies for optimization, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, ideally in the baby products or FMCG sector.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content for Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• Proficiency in video shooting/editing (CapCut, DSLR) and graphic design (Adobe Photoshop).
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
