About this position

At Sugarbaby, we are dedicated to providing the best products for the little ones. Our mission is to support families with high-quality, thoughtfully selected items that enhance their lives. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Community & Marketing Activation to join our dynamic Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop user community and act as brand representatives to maintain customer loyalty
• Conducting UGC campaign, track and reporting campaign performance
• Regularly create community activation online & offline event to elevate brand presence and awareness
• Delivers end-to-end marketing activation and campaigns that align with brand or product marketing plan
• Responsible to execute marketing activities such as media relations, partnerships, advertising, ATL/BTL marketing channel to make a successful brand communication and objectives

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of proven expertise in community management, having a background in mom & baby industry would be a plus!
• Strong analytical skills and experience in tracking campaign performance.
• Ability to organize and execute events effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
