About this position

The Machine Operator 1 is responsible for operating machines to support production processes while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine to support Fold winding, Servo cutting and wrapping machine to meet established production specifications and schedules.
• Ensure safety, volume, and waste targets are met.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Support AM & PM.
• Attend problem-solving sessions, CI, and SMS programs.
• Provide ideas to improve machine performance.
