Creative Excellence Lead - Asia (Packaging Design)

Responsibilities
• Lead the Asia consumer design ecosystem and drive execution of brand design strategies and graphic design projects for Kimberly Clark’s Family Care Consumer (Kleenex, Scott Viva) and Professional division.
• You will work in multi-functional teams across multiple geographies across Asia.
• Key Markets are Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
• Scope: Packaging Design, E commerce, Brand key visuals and Innovation.
• Takes ownership of the visual identity for brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the global design teams, brand teams and country marketing.
• Manage package design projects including design brief; design development, monitoring and maintenance of budgets and timelines; and recommendations to support Asia region business. Lead agency conversations.
• Generate creative pack design proposals (visions, scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.
• Participate in research activities and effectively translate customer needs into actionable design requirements and apply those requirements into design solutions.
• Responsible for driving to final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate superior ability to drive design quality, from concept development to refinement, and execution.
• Stay up to date on international design trends and best practices.
