About this position

The Electrical Product Engineer will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, resolving technical issues, and supporting product design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer’s BOM, design intent and/or identify product design alternatives.
• Perform failure analysis, and work with customer or supplier to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze product failures, identify root cause, and drive technical issues to resolution.
• Work with customer/supplier to resolve technical issues related to product design & specification.
• Lead or support, build to print product launch NPI (New Product Introduction), prototype/pilot/PPAP build for new products.
• Support APQP team activities for new production introduction and TOW (transfer of work).
• Provide technical expertise to support product design and manufacturing.
• Identify product design & assembly issues, and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, test and quality to resolve technical issues associated with components & product assembly.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, material and sourcing on electrical component issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Electronics Industry Electronics Manufacturing, Exp 1-5 Years.
• Good command of both spoken and written in English.
• Good human relations and communication skills.
