About this position

Responsible for preparing and maintaining both internal and external customer of the organization in SAP database accurately and on time. Ensure all maintained information are support the production appropriately and in control. Improving change management of organization.

Responsibilities

Major Role & Responsibility:
• Control customer data/information of product/process change history in the organization's SAP system.
• Responsible for implementing the SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Module i.e. BOM, documentation, drawing, other customer information, record etc. ensure the data recording is consistent with ISO standards and other quality standards of the organization.
• Responsible for and processing requests to change product engineering information through Engineering Change and Deviation system per organization standard in the SAP system.
• Work together with other departments in the organization to solve problems related to customer product information. This is done through the organization's Engineering Change and Deviation system.
• Support work of maintain all information in SAP in various phase of product i.e. New Product Introduction (NPI), RFQ, SAP Workflow etc.
• Supervise, control and manage the document system used in production.
• Analyze problems to find their causes and determine systematic ways to solve and prevent problems in PLM area. Throughout, the results of various operations in PLM area are reported to supervisors.
• Support the organization's policies and goals. By participating in various activities of the organization including continuous improvement projects, 5S, safety etc.
• Continuously develop and improve organization engineering change and deviation system and processes, reducing production costs.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Computer or related preferred.
• Have experience working in the electronics industry for 3 years or more. Previous work must have covered in document and product information control and using database systems using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Have knowledge of the SAP system used to control production, knowledge of SAP PLM Module.
• Knowledge or experience working in production planning.
• Have knowledge about ECO/Deviation Process Document Control Process.
• Have the ability to use computers: MS office, MS Excel, Power BI.
• Have the ability to communicate in English.
• Like working as a team
• Can Do Attitude and be able to work under pressure.
