Position involves overseeing production operations, ensuring compliance with production plans, analyzing and resolving production issues, and other assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise subordinates' work operations and manage to align with production plans.
• Control and review daily production plans of the printing department, review the readiness and accuracy of raw materials according to the production plan.
• Summarize daily production reports, report deficiencies and problems in production.
• Study corrective measures to minimize production losses.
• Analyze and resolve specific production problems, as well as summarize the results of the solutions.
• Other assigned tasks.
Requirements
• Male/Female, aged 25 years and above.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Printing and Packaging, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in printing and packaging with gravure system.
• Knowledge of gravure printing machine operation and basic machine maintenance/repair.
• Able to withstand pressure well.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, Ursa & Smeta systems is a plus.
• Skills in coordinating with relevant departments.
