About this position

The Platform Operation / Comico Operation position involves overseeing campaign operations to enhance user engagement and retention through innovative strategies and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Operation: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of various campaigns to drive user engagement and retention. This includes generating innovative campaign ideas to attract new users, re-engage existing users, and maximize platform reach.
• Campaign Scheduling: Develop and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar to ensure timely and effective promotions.
• Campaign Management: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of experience in a related field
• Loves reading web-comic or web-novel
• Deep familiarity with Comico and passionate about pop culture trends and platforms
• Good in fundamental work tools (ex. Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet, etc.)
• Possesses a growth mindset, actively seeks candid feedback, and embraces opportunities for development
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within the team
• Great attention to detail and creative approach in problem solving
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, both spoken and written.
• Candidates with Korean language skills at TOPIK level 4 or higher will be given special consideration
