Marketing Executive (Marketing team)
About this position
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media content, creating marketing materials, supporting campaigns, coordinating partnerships, and providing general support to the marketing team.
Responsibilities
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, LINE OA, and Bluesky.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitors to create impactful campaigns that boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with designers to request and manage marketing materials.
• Track and analyze social media content performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Design and manage advertising materials and social media content (videos and images) optimized for each platform.
• Write compelling copy and descriptions for various marketing initiatives.
• Assist in executing and monitoring advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LINE Ads.
• Track campaign performance and implement real-time adjustments for improved effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day communication with external partners, including influencers and media agencies.
• Identify and engage with Influencers and KOLs across social media platforms and other channels to create impactful campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and KOLs on content creation, promotions, and webtoon reviews.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align daily tasks with overall marketing strategies.
• Provide backup support for campaign optimization when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications Art.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LINE, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a flair for intellectual and witty dialogue.
• Basic knowledge of advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with current trends and content strategies for different demographics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges.
• Passion for webcomics, web novels, or Manhwa.
• Deep familiarity with Webtoon and a passion for pop culture trends.
• Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, and experience with basic design or video editing tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, both spoken and written.
• Candidates with Korean language skills at TOPIK level 4 or higher will be given special consideration.
