About this position

The Marketing Executive (BD Team) is responsible for finding new business partners, maintaining existing partnerships, and managing co-marketing campaigns. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and creating marketing content while analyzing campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Find a new business partner and maintain existing partner for co-marketing campaign
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to potential clients.
• Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts.
• Manage, create, and develop a co-marketing campaign.
• Plan content strategy and promotion plan
• Create marketing content for online materials, including social media and collaborate with designers.
• Analyze co-marketing campaign performance and make report on occasional basis or when requested.
• Ensure the quality of content and report any issues quickly to both internal and external partners.
• Manage operation tasks and implementation from initial stage to the end.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or higher in related field
• Good command in English skills both verbally and in writing (at least 7 of 10)
• Candidates with Korean language skills at TOPIK level 4 or Chinese HSK4 will be given special consideration
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Having experience in coordinating co-marketing campaigns and/or producing creative content is preferable
• Deep familiarity with Webcomics (Comico) and passionate about pop culture trends.
• Outstanding communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, determined to maximize team performance.
• Have a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen to others, and determination to get things done.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
