Visual and Brand Designer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Strategic Visual Storytelling: Translate complex brand strategies and business objectives into compelling visual narratives across all digital platforms, ensuring clarity and a strong emotional connection with users.
• Create Meaningful Visuals Across Touchpoints: Design illustrations and icons for the application and website, as well as marketing artworks for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google paid ads, and owned channels. These visuals will require a high level of creativity to effectively convey intended messages, going beyond simply arranging compositions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with upper management, UX/UI designers, marketing, and business teams to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity that aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and Enforce Brand Guidelines: Create, implement, and uphold comprehensive Brand Style Guides to ensure visual consistency across all design deliverables, including user interfaces and marketing materials.
• Stay Informed and Innovative: Keep abreast of international design trends, storytelling methods, emerging tools, and competitors' strategies. Study international case studies to continually enhance the team’s design principles, creativity, and overall output.
• Lead and Mentor Design Team: Oversee and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. Provide constructive feedback and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related fields.
• Senior-level experience in visual design, brand design, or related disciplines, with a proven track record of leading creative projects and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative styles and design excellence.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with After Effects, motion design, or 3D skills is an advantage but not required.
• Strategic vision and leadership: Ability to guide the creative direction of projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
