About this position

As a UX/UI designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our financial digital products that influence customer’s life, focusing on creating data-driven, user-centered experiences.

Responsibilities

• Understanding user needs and business goals with the collaborative process with UX researchers to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Data-Driven Design and Measurable impact -- Utilize user research and data analytics to inform design decisions, measure impact and ensure value for users and business.
• Crafting excellent user flows, wireframe, UI and user interactions that delivers best user experiences aligned with design principles and the design system.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and Visual Designer to ensure the best design solutions for user and the business.
• Iterate on designs based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
• Explore evolving UX/UI trends and best practices to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Requirements

• Mid-Level to Senior-level experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your passion and skills for UXUI design in your own way.
• Have strong critical and system thinking skills to make informed design decisions and ensure a well-organized design process.
• Mastery of Figma & UX Research methodologies. Translate design best practices into products that are truly meaningful to users.
• Communication and presentation skills to convey your rationale and concept to get buy-in from stakeholders.
• Understanding of Finance (Optional): An interest in the financial services domain can benefit you in understanding user needs within this context.
