About this position

The Executive Secretary provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in professional manner to Senior Management including but not limited to managing schedule, arranging appointments, handling correspondence and telephone calls
• Monitoring and following up a progress of working on time
• Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and expense reimbursement
• Provide effective communication with internal and external parties
• Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, functions or special events
• Preparing and summarizing information as assignment to support CEO’s planning for the future
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent with 5 years of secretarial experience or personal assistance
• Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Thai and English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn new skills, new technology and work process, and can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with the investment industry or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
