The Industrial Relation & Litigation Specialist is responsible for managing industrial relations and litigation matters within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Manage industrial relations and litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and government regulations related to employment for the mining sector.
• Build good communication with employees, company management, government agencies, and local communities.
• Analyze and identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Understand HR regulations, government regulations related to employment for mining sector.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position and level.
• Good analytical skills and ability to use logic and reasoning.
• Having License of Advocate License (PERADI preferred).
