It also operates food production such as sauces, soups, spreads, and fresh pre-cut vegetables with various distribution channels, such as fast food business, bakery business, processed food factories, restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers throughout Thailand and oversea.

About this position

ตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่งานกฎหมายมีหน้าที่ในการอัพเดทกฎหมายใหม่ที่มีผลกระทบกับบริษัท และจัดการความเสี่ยงทางกฎหมาย รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการทำงานด้าน PDPA และการอบรมต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา.

Responsibilities

• อัพเดทกฏหมายใหม่ที่มีผลกระทบกับบริษัท
• ดำเนินการจัดการความเสี่ยงทางกฏหมายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากกฏหมาย กฏระเบียบข้อบังคับและนโยบายบริษัท
• จัดทำร่างแผนงาน และการสอบทาน (Audit) หน่วยงานภายในบริษัทในการปฏิบัติตามกฏหมาย
• สนับสนุนการทำงานด้าน PDPA, งานอบรม, ประสานงานหรือดำเนินการในเรื่องต่างๆ ตามที่ไดรับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
• วัน/เวลาทำงานปกติ จันทร์-ศุกร์ แบบ Flexible Time.
• 08:00 - 17:00 น.- 08:30
• 17:30 น.- 09:00 - 18:00 น.

Requirements

• วุฒิ ป.ตรี นิติศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์ >1 ปี ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น ด้านกฎหมายในส่วน Compliance(พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ MS-Office อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
• ทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี สามารถเข้าใจเนื้อหาที่มีความยาก ซับซ้อน และที่เป็นประโยคยาวๆ ได้
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ,สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ทั้งในสถานะผู้นำและผู้ตาม, มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี, มีทักษะการปรับตัว, ทักษะการบริหารเวลา
