About this position

The Senior Recruitment Officer - Specialist (Mass Recruitment) is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from candidate screening to onboarding, while also executing branding and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from screening, search, scheduling interviewing, and getting candidates on-board.
• Execute comprehensive short-term strategies in branding and sourcing.
• Maintain the recruitment reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, General Management.
• At least 2 years experience in talent acquisition with background handling mass recruitment.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage stakeholders.
