Sales Support (Chinese/English Speaking)
About this position
The Sales Support position involves managing sales operations, supporting the sales team, tracking sales targets, and overseeing the sales process, with a focus on data analysis and customer feedback.
Responsibilities
• Sales Operations Support: Responsible for sales operations-related tasks, including revenue management (customer pricing, discount control), contract management, risk control, sales tools, data analysis and forecasting, and business support.
• Sales Team Management and Development: Responsible for building and managing the business capabilities of the sales team in the region, including organizational roles, training, motivation, compensation, evaluation, and fostering a positive cultural atmosphere.
• Sales Target Tracking: Monitor the completion of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region's SME (Small and Medium Enterprises), supporting the region in achieving performance goals.
• Sales Process Management:
i. Drive the sales process management, supervise sales activities, and monitor sales metrics.
ii. Manage the full customer lifecycle.
iii. Monitor the execution of business strategies.
iv. Listen to customer feedback and follow up on solutions (for KA (Key Account) clients, the focus will be on SME client process management only).
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply chain, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills, proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel (Vlook up & Pivot).
• Quick-thinking with strong learning ability.
• Resilient, with good adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Chinese (English is a plus).
