About this position

The Quality Management Support position requires a Chinese-speaking individual to provide business support and data entry for logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Door to Port / Port to Port business support & data entry
• Create KEX label for E-parcel pickup
• Lalamove booking for special pickup and delivery
• IEMP exceptional checking
• Daily Delivery performance report
• E-Parcel Export manifest
• Manual POD for shipment that delivered by 3rd party
• ECP for sub contractor payment
• Accrual for PUD (TH,MM,KH)
• COD report for Kerry & KT transportation
• Truck / Fleet card / User ID and etc arrangement for new BA
• Delivery escalation channel / follow up PIC for TH
• Communicate with customer in groups (We-chat, Line)

Requirements

• Education: College degree or above, quality, logistics and other related majors are preferred
• fluent in Chinese and Thai
• Good data statistics and analysis skills, familiar with office software
• Responsible, with a strong team spirit
• Quick thinking, strong learning ability
• Tough personality, good adaptability and stress resistance
