Project Manager (Chinese Speaking)
About this position
The Project Manager (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for leading various projects aimed at increasing revenue and reducing costs, transforming customer use systems, and improving order management processes.
Responsibilities
• Model change project: Responsible for the company's revenue-increasing and cost-reducing projects, such as Courier D2D projects, Weight Audit projects, Transit Reprint Label Reduce projects and Collection Model Change projects, etc., through model change, process reshaping, system transformation and other means Achieve the company's goal of increasing revenue and reducing costs;
• Transformation of customer use systems: Responsible for upgrading and transforming the customer use systems. Based on business needs and company management needs, investigate the current situation and competition, provide rational solutions, promote technological optimization or iterate the system, and satisfy customers or internal management needs;
• Order transformation: Review the Order structure, Ordering logic, Order dispatch logic and collection logic of the company's orders. Based on feedback from customers, channels and internal management, promote the refined transformation and upgrading of the company's orders, and improve the efficiency of the company's collection resource allocation.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, supply chain/logistics management/marketing and other related majors
• At least 2 years of experience in Market Research in Supply Chain Industry
• Ability to communicate in Chinese with HSK Level 5 - 6
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Advanced computer literacy skills and a facility with search engines and web analytics
• Fluent in English or able to speak Chinese
