About this position

The Product Specialist is responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, ensuring end-to-end product results, and analyzing market trends to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap with concepts taken from market and competitive analysis.
• Demonstrates ownership for end-to-end product results, Customer segmented & target, lifecycle and customer experience from ideation, design, development, testing and post-launch analysis and enhancements considering of speed to the market.
• Analyze data from multiple angles, looking for trends that highlight problems or opportunities.
• Provide insights into the latest product, technology, and market trends and apply.
• Utilize analytics and data to regularly and systematically uncover opportunities, generate actionable product insights and track product performance.
• Work closely with Tech, PM, BA to prioritize plan and monitor a product backlog according to your business value or ROI.
• Harmonized entire internal system and enhance complete Digital Application & Payments & Operation value chain by reducing friction and adding digital features to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Documentation responsible for BRD, CR, UAT Sign-off.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or design is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Specialist, Business Analyst, Project Management.
• Understand the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Creativity and problem-solving ability to generate and evaluate product ideas; communication and collaboration skill to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams; as well as a passion and enthusiasm for learning and improving products and processes.
• Flexible under changing and dynamic conditions.
• Well organized, proactive, can-do attitude.
• Good command in English reading, writing, listening and presentations (Chinese is a plus).
