Product Marketing Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Product Promotion: Responsible for promoting the company's products, enhancing product influence, and increasing market share
• Product Training: Provide product knowledge training to first-, second-, and third-line employees, ensuring a thorough understanding and accurate communication of the products by the team
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Utilize Chinese and Thai bilingual skills to build an efficient communication bridge among first-, second-, and third-line employees within the company
• Market Feedback: Collect and analyze customer and market feedback to provide suggestions for product improvement and market strategies
• Collaboration and Support: Assist various teams in completing tasks related to product promotion
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, with preference given to candidates holding degrees in relevant fields (e.g., Marketing, International Trade)
• Work Experience: Prior experience in product promotion or training is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered
• Language Skills: Proficient in both Chinese and Thai, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities; capable of fluent bilingual communication
• Communication Skills: Strong articulation and coordination abilities, able to collaborate effectively in cross-departmental teams
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel as required and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
