These service locations help thousands of individuals and SMEs in Bangkok sending parcels at ease to their families, friends, customers and business partners across the nation.
Kerry Express is also Thailand’s biggest cash-on-delivery (COD) operator and in terms of overseas — Kerry Express has its presence in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia.
The Logistics Operations Manager is a leadership position that shares the responsibility for the success and profitability of multiple accounts with the GM/AGM/Operations Director, Warehouses, and Logistics Account Manager. The span of control ranges from implementation through ongoing operations. This role will be related to clients and their customers as well as vendors. This position is the main response to the Warehouses & Distribution and Fulfilment project.
Responsibilities
• Share responsibility for the success and profitability of multiple accounts with the GM/AGM/Operations Director, Warehouses, and Logistics Account Manager.
• Oversee the span of control from implementation through ongoing operations.
• Interact with clients, their customers, and vendors.
• Respond to the Warehouses & Distribution and Fulfilment project.
Requirements
• BA or Master's Degree in Logistics Management or related business field.
• At least 3 years in the Operations Warehouses & Distribution and logistics environment of electronics (3PL Logistics).
• Highly responsible and able to take ownership of tasks assigned.
• Time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to be an effective team player.
• Fluency in written and oral communication (English, Thai, and Chinese).
