Customer Service Officer (Chinese/English skill)
About this position
The Customer Service Officer position requires proficiency in both Chinese and English, focusing on providing high-quality service to customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
• Answer telephone calls from customers with professional attitude and in line with call quality and productivity requirements.
• Handle customer requests or problem shipments through tracing system effectively and in line with trace quality and productivity requirements.
• Handle complaints from customer from time to time.
• Process order placement through company system.
• Manage and maintain data integrity in various systems.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• If have 2 years direct experience of Customer Service from Express Delivery Business is a plus.
• Good communication in English and Chinese is a plus.
• Able to use program computer, MS Office and internet.
• Service minded, able to work under pressure, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and time management skills.
• Able to work on assigned shift.
• Able working 6 days/week.
• Work Location: Near BTS Udomsuk.
