About this position

The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for managing 4PL and RTSP channels, developing partnerships, driving business plans, and reporting market conditions, with a preference for proficiency in both Thai and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Experience in managing 4PL channels and RTSP channels.
• Experience and ability to develop partnerships and find win-win solutions for partners and KEX.
• Drive business plans to improve performance and efficiency.
• Regularly report market conditions to management for timely actions.
• Proficiency in both Thai and Chinese is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in market research and development, preferably within the nutrition and supplements industry.
• Experience in sales, business development or key account management.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply them to product development.
• General understanding of business data and storytelling.
• Experience with Excel (Pivot and Lookup is required).
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive.
• Open-minded, willing to learn new things.
• Fluent in English and Thai (Chinese is preferable).
