The Senior MRP Planner at Kenvue will be responsible for managing raw and packaging materials planning to deliver customer service while balancing inventory and expenses. They will also optimize MRP processes and RPM inventory models by learning and sharing market best practices.
Responsibilities
• Manage stock materials to follow inventory and safety stock policy.
• Execute material planning via MRP process, confirm required quantity, and convert into PO within lead time.
• Review and understand capacity for major suppliers, identify concerns, and lead resolution with Sourcing team and Suppliers.
• Work closely with SNP Planner to ensure no business interruption from RPM shortage, proactively communicate, identify concerns, and advise supply resolution.
• Work closely with suppliers to deliver materials as planned and follow agreed criteria.
• Manage PIPO materials to minimize write-off for supporting NPD and CIP projects.
• Compliance with APO, SAP process/system, and ensure parameters for Material Resource Planning are accurate.
• Work under assigned projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field related to sciences, engineering, or business.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
