About this position

The Senior Analyst (Sourcing Analyst) position at Kenvue involves developing strategic sourcing plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. The role also includes data analytics, supplier selection, and negotiation to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Consolidate monthly PPV reporting with Chemical Sourcing team and source finance
• Responsible for reporting and maintaining monthly tracker of PPV report, Planisware (PLW) projects and source P&L
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Planisware, Prisma etc to the Chemical Team (post internal training)
• Provide support for data analytics, data cleansing and support ad-hoc costing and data requests on a need-to basis
• Prepare data summaries and support team with template preparation and supplier engagement during biddings/market engagement process
• Ensure contractual compliance and payment terms analytics within internal systems and trackers
• Works with business and other supportive functions to fully understand business needs and search / develop / select reliable suppliers to deliver on those needs
• Analyze, understand, and interpret market dynamics and drivers, supplier capacity and constraints, quantity leverage, regional regulations, and best sourcing practices
• Sources and runs competitive bidding process for designated spend areas in line with the Regional Strategy for a given category or area of spend
• In charge of low to medium complex negotiations in line with category strategy
• Effectively utilizes procurement processes and procedures to achieve procurement functional goals and corporate governance requirements, whilst delivering business needs
• Delivers individual annual savings targets
• Establishes good working relationships with functional stakeholders
• Works with operations, supply chain, quality, and other functions to ensure suppliers deliver high performance levels

Requirements

• The candidate must have a University Degree in a Major Discipline (ie.Engineering, Business, Economics, Law)
• The candidate must be fluent, both written and speaking, in English
