The Regional Supply Planning Executive at Kenvue is responsible for driving regional planning processes to ensure customer service levels are met with optimal inventory levels. The position requires collaboration with markets, capacity planning, and participation in cross-franchise initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Creates and manages master production schedule/ supply plan
• Carries out capacity planning and identifies constraints
• Collaborates with markets to understand local dynamics
• Ensures planning master data accuracy and develops supply planning rules
• Participates in cross-functional initiatives to improve responsiveness and inventory
• Supports innovations and projects by providing planning insights
• Simulates planning scenarios for decision-making
• Contributes to cross-franchise initiatives such as Plan Powerhouse and process improvement projects
Requirements
• University degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant field
• 2-3 years of supply chain experience, preferably in consumer goods industry
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Preferred experience with ERP (SAP) & Planning Systems (APO/OMP)
• Strong communication skills across multiple countries/regions
• Stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Results-oriented, independent, and proactive
