About this position

The Portfolio Project Lead at Kenvue will be responsible for managing and leading the NPD/NPI/LCM project portfolio at the Thailand site. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and supporting site development under the Make Excellence Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPD/NPI/LCM project portfolio.
• Play as site core team member in NPD/NPI/LCM/Source and liaison extended team.
• Support - Site portfolio management and governance (Project Management Office).
• Response to feasibility scope and coordinate with Site Program lead for NPD/NPI/LCM/Source Type II.
• Support Make Excellence Lead for site development.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for NPD/NPI/LCM projects at the Thailand site. Liaise with extended teams, including engineering, production, maintenance, and technical teams, to ensure successful delivery of projects within the manufacturing scope.
• Collaborate closely with the Make Excellence Lead to formulate and update site strategy, including expansion initiatives and network optimization.
• Oversee the management of the project portfolio, including monitoring timelines, allocating resources, managing CAPEX, prioritizing tasks, assessing benefits, and mitigating risks. Conduct monthly meetings to provide regular updates and reports to the site leadership team.
• Foster connections with regional franchise teams, Make Excellence (MEX) teams, and value stream teams to address any ad-hoc requirements and provide necessary support.
• Undertake additional activities and tasks as directed by the Make Excellence Lead.

Requirements

• Education- Bachelor’s degree or above. Good communication in English is a must.
• Program/Project Management- PMP/PgMP certificate (or equivalents) is preferred.
• Skilled- Team Management, Project Management, Coordination and Communication. Fluent in English and computer skills.
