About this position

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Customer Development Manager position based in Thailand, reporting to the Group Customer Development Manager. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies, building partnerships, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the offline CVS channels.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sales strategies tailored to offline CVS channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Continuously assess and refine sales approaches in response to market trends and consumer behavior to seize growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customer, negotiating contracts that yield mutual benefits and drive long-term growth
• Employ a consultative approach to understand customer needs and align our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Regularly evaluate sales performance against targets, providing insightful reports to management with actionable recommendations
• Manage the sales budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximization of ROI

Requirements

Required:
• Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions
• Good analytical skills, supervisory, leadership and good team player
• Strong knowledge in Sales Performance Management system on In-Store Missions, Customer Management, Category Management skill
• Good command of English
