• Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and managing returns or refunds.
• Maintain customer master data and serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, shipping details, and delivery updates.
• Process customer orders and sample orders accurately and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales Team on Stocks replenishment for local warehouses and raise Distribution Orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate with sales to manage aging stock and initiate salvage/write-off efforts.
• Manage external relationships with 3 rd Party Logistics partners and Kemin manufacturing sites to coordinate stock for domestic/international shipments to Customers or Regional warehouses and compliance with import/export regulations.
• Monitor shipment statuses, troubleshoot delays, and regularly review KPIs to improve logistics and 3 rd Party Logistics performance.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, notify customers of past-due statuses, and handle Accounts Payables, if applicable.
• Generate monthly performance reports (e.g., OTIF/DIFOT) and support audits while adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements, and assist with logistics projects to optimize customer service and supply chain processes, managing SOP, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain management, preferably within Southeast Asia.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade.
• Experience with ERP systems, order management, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Words).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
