About this position
Responsible for setting up HR direction and strategy to be aligned with the companyâs policy. Accountable for leadership relating to the human resources policy, process and services including compensation & benefits, organization development, selection and orientation, employee relations in order to drive corporate profitability and business objectives.
Responsibilities
âĒPlan, develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
âĒSet HR communication method and educate HR direction and strategy to Executive and employees.
âĒEnsure appropriate HR procedures and system are in place.
âĒOversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
âĒDevelop recruitment and selection method to match with the manpower budget and HR strategy.
âĒImplement effective onboarding processes and programs to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
âĒDrive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
âĒDevelop and oversee training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
âĒDesign, develop and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
âĒEnsure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements
âĒ10+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
âĒBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
âĒStrong understanding of labor laws regulations, and best practices.
âĒDemonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, policy creation and implementation, performance management, and organizational development.
âĒExperience managing a team and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve strategic goals.
âĒExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
âĒStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
âĒExperience in managing HR functions across multiple sites or locations.
