About this position

Responsible for setting up HR direction and strategy to be aligned with the company’s policy. Accountable for leadership relating to the human resources policy, process and services including compensation & benefits, organization development, selection and orientation, employee relations in order to drive corporate profitability and business objectives.

Responsibilities

â€ĒPlan, develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
â€ĒSet HR communication method and educate HR direction and strategy to Executive and employees.
â€ĒEnsure appropriate HR procedures and system are in place.
â€ĒOversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals.
â€ĒDevelop recruitment and selection method to match with the manpower budget and HR strategy.
â€ĒImplement effective onboarding processes and programs to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
â€ĒDrive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.
â€ĒDevelop and oversee training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
â€ĒDesign, develop and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
â€ĒEnsure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements

â€Ē10+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
â€ĒBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
â€ĒStrong understanding of labor laws regulations, and best practices.
â€ĒDemonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, policy creation and implementation, performance management, and organizational development.
â€ĒExperience managing a team and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve strategic goals.
â€ĒExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
â€ĒStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
â€ĒExperience in managing HR functions across multiple sites or locations.
