Section Manager – Marketing Event
About this position
Responsibilities
• Determine parameters, policies and procedures of events plan especially lead offline activity to online platforms base on the corporate direction and product brands strategy via external communications.
• Design, program and produce event
• Develop materials and presentation during key event
• Oversee the financial management of events
• Develop event feedback surveys.
• Handling post-event reports.
• Develop and recommend the budget, events and activity plans, and objectives and manages within those approved plans.
• Evaluate each piece of event business to ensure event team can be properly serviced.
• Recommend, develop, and implement effective marketing plans for generating event revenues.
• Lead event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external organization that relate to the project assignment.
Requirements
• Undergraduate College degree (Communication Arts/Marketing Communication).
• 5 years working experience in MICE, event operation or relate field / Experiences to manage operation team.
