The Marketing Project Management - Section Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring they align with business goals, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.
Responsibilities
• Work with marketing team to develop and manage project plans for marketing initiatives, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Define project objectives and deliverables, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.

• Assigned projects relating to marketing and business strategy
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, across various marketing projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure the appropriate assignment of resources.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes and tools within the marketing department.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and optimize critical end-to-end process of marketing and sales management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing project-related communications.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status, resolve issues, and address changes in scope or timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and report on the progress of marketing projects, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Track project performance, including key metrics such as timeline adherence, budget management, and quality of deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring all marketing projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to the finance department and senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators within the marketing department as well as other concerned parties.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's project management skills.
• The Marketing PMO is responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing projects and campaigns.
• This role involves working closely with various marketing & sales teams as well other stakeholders, ensuring that all projects align with the company's strategic goals, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on marketing, digital marketing projects or digital business.
• Proven experience in managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
