Site Manager
About this position
As Site Manager, you will organize the technical implementation of the project from the installation of building structural components, MEP system installation and interior furniture arrangement to ensure project construction is implemented according to the work plan and handled professionally.
Responsibilities
• Conduct project reviews to calculate loads and grades, material stress factors, area sizes to determine design specifications and implementation of construction and installation.
• Plan the duration of project implementation, use of materials and tools, installation work and budget costs with the target of all projects being handled according to the obligations and interests of the company.
• Monitor the procurement and list up of project-related parts with the aim of realizing the need for materials to be used according to operational needs.
• Provide work instructions and direction to subordinates and control work implementation in terms of technical aspects, work quality and project duration so that all personnel work according to with their respective duties, obligations and authority.
• Control the implementation of project costs and project implementation schedules periodically to achieve cost, quality, time and safety targets.
• Responsive handling and technical development that occurs in the field to improve the quality of performance to the maximum.
• Prepare reports to superiors that include project activities, project difficulties, and special matters that need to be reported so that all activities are communicated well.
• Implement K3LL in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.
• Foster and ensure that subordinate workers, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable work safety regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and other relevant majors.
• Having 5 years experience as Site Manager.
• Have excellent skill in Building systems, Environmental systems, Statistical Skills, Basic MEP, Budget Management.
