About this position

As a CRM Data Analyst, you are responsible to support our membership program by providing insightful data analysis to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will develop analytical plans for member acquisition, engagement, and retention, and design dashboards for monitoring business performance to inform data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide data to all stakeholders that corelate with membership program.
• Develop clear and well-structured analytical plans and relevant analysis for acquisition, engagement, and retention for new and existing members.
• Design and develop dashboard or reporting mechanism to enable business performance monitoring and influence data-driven decision.
• Import, clean, transform, validate, and modeling data (with R, SQL, Python, or other programming language) to have in-depth understanding of the data and driving conclusions out of for business and product-related decision making.
• Write SQL scripts to run and create reports from Data Warehouse.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or other related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience as a CRM Data Analyst (preferably in retail industry).
• Mastery of SQL and experienced in BI reporting.
• Good communication and strong critical thinking.
• Independent problem-solving skills and statistical analysis techniques.
