About this position

You will work as a Assistant Storing Manager where you will be responsible for coordinating the storage and retrieval activities of goods in the department so that they are organized and run in accordance with good storage procedures and provisions, in order to support the achievement of an optimal warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the process of storing goods in the department according to the shelf code to achieve the right warehouse management system.
• Coordinate the activities of moving and retrieving goods so that they comply with applicable procedures to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Coordinate data documentation activities (DO, translock form, system and physical data) so that they are accurate and updated to support smooth operational storing processes.
• Implement K3LL in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.
• Foster and ensure that subordinate workers, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable work safety provisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of all major.
• Min 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Minimum as Supervisor Storing).
• Knowledge : Warehouse management system, Product knowledge, K3LL.
• Placement : Sidoarjo, East Java.
